Alex Bone was........is.......and always will be an absolute legend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.Lets put it this way if he turns up at the game tomorrow  with his boots,one of you lot are dropped.Ive been trying to get a hold of the photo of Alex and the Falkirk captain George Miller at the opening of Westfield,its a belter of Captain Courageous.Question for Straw,Alex Bone,greatest Pace captain ever?.

Would love to see  Alex again.We used  to meet in  the Masonic Club  next  to the  Bellshill  park many years ago.Alex  knew my grandfather,the original  "Straw",and they were great  pals.I always looked forward to  going to the  game  at Bellshill cos I  knew  Alex would be there.
Having considered it  very  carefully,I would say  that in  my  time as  a  Pace  fan,I would definitely  pick  Alex as  the best club captain.

He still speaks about your grandfather alot. He is so excited about coming up for a home game soon. I will be sure to let you all know when he is coming up.
