Following last weeks defeat at the hands of fellow division 2 hopefuls Blantyre, Dunipace hoped to bounce back with this game at Westfield as they welcomed Shettleston for this first time in several seasons
Things though were not to go well for the hosts, who again failed to find any sort of form that they showed in teh opening weeks of the season and quickly found themselves a goal down from a corner.

This was to be followed by a second and third goal from the visitors in a first half that was catstrophic for the home side.
At the half manager Derek Barron made two changes and tweaked the sides formation in order to try and salvage something from the game, but unfortunately it was not to be with clear chances few and far between.
Indeed the visitors killed the game off by adding a fourth as Dunipace struggled to get back into the game.
A better performance required as Dunipace look away from league matters and a home tie in the West of Scotland v Lesmahagow next weekend.
