Following draws in their previous three outings Dunipace arrived in Larkhall hoping to break that streak and get back on the winning trail. On a wet and Windy day though a familiar fate was to befall an underperforming Westfield side as that run continued and needing a last gasp goal at that to survive defeat.
Albert started the brighter and took the lead when a ball over the top was misjudged by O'Brien allowing the forward through on goal. He skipped beyond a number of tackles to score at the second attempt following an initial block by Strachan.
Dunipace though hit back following a very softly awarded free kick. No complaints in the Dunipace side following the previous weeks outrageous penalty decision against them and Cairney duelly clipped the ball over the wall and into the net for 1 - 1.
It should have been the goal that kicked the visitors on, but the home side again looked the more likely and only a great save from Strachan kept them out moments later. This was a warning though that Dunipace didn't take notice of and it led to Albert taking the lead again, the forward in plenty of space inside the penalty area to slot beyond Strachan.
In the second half Dunipace pushed for an equaliser that didn't look as if it would come until Oates' 90th minute deflected effort crept beyond the keeper to rescue a point for the visitors.
